    Judy Boston wrote: Pro Musica Youth Orchestra (PMYO) rehearses every Sunday in San Miguel de Allende. The 57 musicians, ages 18 to 30, travel from the outlying areas for a three hour practice session under Robert Mari’s professional, enthusiastic baton. It takes some of the 57 musicians over two hours and two buses to get here.

    Mari is cultivating these young musicians to play professionally if that is what they hope for, by choosing a serious Classical repertoire for them so that they will be prepared for auditions.     The next and last concert of this season will be on March 30 at 5:00, at Casa Europa. Tickets cost 450 pesos.
