    Opera de San Miguel announce its second fund-raiser of the season: our 8th MEXICO-CANADA CONCERT, which will take place on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Casa de Europa, on San Francisco 23, Centro. Phone: (415) 121-7277.

    This year we are featuring the French-Canadian mezzo-soprano Caroline Gélinas, winner of the Opera de San Miguel Prize at the 2022 Jeunes Ambassadeurs Lyriques Competition in Montreal, and the Mexican tenor Andrés Carrillo from Mexicali, Baja California, 4th prize winner at Concurso San Miguel 2014.

    Caroline and Andrés, accompanied by OSM Resident Pianist Maestro Mario Alberto Hernández, will sing a program of opera arias and duets devoted to the Italian and French repertoires, with music by Bellini, Bizet, Cilea, Donizetti, Gounod, Halévy, Leoncavallo, Massenet, Meyerbeer and Puccini.

    Tickets on sale exclusively at Casa de Europa, Monday thru Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    After the concert we will be offering a wine reception.

    Limited seating!
    All tickets: $1,000.00 MXN ($50 USD). Cash only.
