    Join us at the Instituto Allende for this important course. We will learn first about climate change from a global perspective and second about its effect on our state and our city of San Miguel de Allende. How is the water cycle intensifying? What is happening with the weather in California right now? How do we reconcile severe weather and the global water shortage? We will segue into temperature trends in Mexico. What are the sources of greenhouse gas emissions in Mexico and how do we control them? What are the politics of water regulations in Guanajuato and how are the farmers involved? And finally, how do we rebuild communication between parties affected by the water shortage and those who manage water supply? There are lots of questions here, and this class will provide answers.
