    Hola San Miguel friends

    I am Sae Otomo a Yang Style Tai Chi Qigong Instructor and I teach intermediate level class in the morning 9-10:15am. Starting August 16th Tuesday another morning class 11am-12pm for beginners. Class time is not too early and we can practice in the beautiful garden with lots of trees and birds. If you want to join the group you are more than welcome!

    Tai Chi Qigong morning classes
    Tuesdays and Thursdays, Aldama 9, Centro.

    Intermediate class
    9-10:15am: 75minutes Qigong exercises and Tai Chi Form practice.
    Cost; 220 pesos
    Beginners class
    11am-12pm: 60 minutes Mainly Qigong exercises and Tai Chi sequences practice.
    Cost: 200 pesos

    Information of the end and beginning of the year, we are planning to have classes until Thursday 22nd of December.
    New year 2023, January 10th Tuesday will be the first class.
