    Our Bill is here from Texas, and he took that picture. His preferred sausage is Italian. It’s deep in the heart of your choice of pasta …. with more cheese than all git-out: chef crafted ricotta … plus parmesan … plus mozzarella. Then, bless your heart, you have a choice of sauce. Bill likes Bolognese, but Denver recommends y’all chose Marinara. So, all y’all fixing to order now? Yer darn tootin’. (Now is Texas Time in SMA ... and Olivos is their stomping ground.)
