GW: I take this to mean you can show show up at the appropriate vaccination site for your location and age and go from there. Mexican officials have said vaccinations will be available for everyone and universal, this is the first description that I've seen of how non-resident / non-citizens can proceed. Guanajuato reports 179 new cases and 54 COVID deaths.

Guanajuato Editorial.- This Sunday, February 21, Guanajuato State Health authorities notified that the entity reported 179 new positive cases to the Covid virus, as well as 54 deaths due to this disease.

In general, the State today maintains 118,179 active cases and accumulated 9,509 deaths. There are 1,689 people suspected of the virus and a total of 102,907 have recovered.

SMA landfill files complaint for arson.

To sum up, most health care providers now lean towards making a clinical diagnosis, ruling in positive patients based on their symptoms and history of exposure, rather than ruling out patients on the basis of the negative tests. It would be smart for all of us to follow this logic to avoid being misled by a false negative result.
