Second death from Covid-19 reported in San Miguel de Allende.
This is a 77-year-old male, originally from our municipality. The spread and death increase dramatically. We must be clear that the worst is not over and that we have to take better care of ourselves. Here we will always speak the truth, however uncomfortable or harsh it may be.

@SaludGuanajuato informs me of 3 new cases of contagion by COVID-19 in our municipality, to add 35 accumulated cases. Unfortunately we have the first death of a San Miguel, my condolences to his loved ones. We cannot let our guard down. I will keep reporting.

On the afternoon of June 4, the second death was reported in San Miguel de Allende, a 77-year-old patient.

The Secretary of Health reported in his court as of 2 in the afternoon, there was a record of 35 positive cases of Covid-19 in the city, of which 12 have already recovered and a death was reported, however, minutes later, the mayor Luis Alberto Villarreal announced via twitter, he had just been informed of a second death.

SMA Mayor to announce new Health Measures.
In the next few hours we will report new measures for our municipality that, together with the health authorities, we are analyzing. Under no circumstances can we endanger the life and health of citizens. Without health there will be no economic recovery.

The recent figures higher than 150 new cases of COVID-19 daily has put Guanajuato among the leaders. The numeral presented this Thursday by the federal Secretary of Health places the state in fourth position regarding active confirmed cases, with 876, only surpassed by Mexico City, Mexico State and Tabasco, and above Jalisco, Puebla and Veracruz, entities with a larger population. ...

The job crisis in Mexico: surviving without a job.
