It's a small world. I was watching this video:

Life in San Miguel de Allende: What is it Like? (con subtítulos)

(Every day, I read every page on the internet and watch every YouTube video, so you don't have to!)

I noticed someone I knew at about the 2:30 mark. There he is again at about 8:30 as the "suspicious guy in the background."

Later (spoiler alert), they reveal him to be a local artist and, as they say, "you need some of his art in your house."

Here is a sample of Dana's art

I chase contrast, abhor symmetry and reject perfection. The process begins with a concept – at times vague, at times distinct – and involves discovery, observation and alteration. The process ends with a visual that is visceral, intuitive and open to interpretation.
